Terms & Fees Full details of Terms will be provided at our first meeting. The following is a guide only:
THE FEES:
Deposit -
A non-refundable Deposit of Aus$200.00 is payable at the first meeting when the initial official documents are commenced. It covers the confirmation of your firm booking and secures your ceremony date in my calendar.
Your registration of the Notice of Intended Marriage.
Initial wedding planning discussion.
Telephone calls, faxes and emails. Use of my collection of readings, poems and ceremonies for you to consider.
Perhaps also, first draft of ceremony, if couple is sure of the requirements.
Balance - Ceremony Fee - This is payable within one month of the Ceremony date. A full Fee service includes:
Time, consultation and rehearsal times.
Legal paperwork preparation and typing.
Traveling to and from ceremony venue within Sydney Metropolitan area.
Presentation time.
Ceremony Guide:
Your Ceremony Guide includes format, selections of ideas, reading and verses to assist you in formulating your own personal ceremony. You are welcome to write your own wording and vows to include cultural, spiritual or religious wording. Your Ceremony Guide is shown to you at your obligation-free appointment and given to you after your deposit has been made.
Personally written ceremony with vows of your choice, to suit individual needs.
Your Marriage / Renewal / Commitment / Blessing Certificate.
Printed ceremony wording in memento presentation format.
Stationery / postage / telephone calls within Australia only.
Completion of all legal paperwork prior to marriage.
Factors which may affect the Ceremony Fee:
Parking fees and tolls.
Hire of any equipment.
Special music requirements.
Theme costumes.
Public Holiday Surcharge: 50% -100%. Applies from the eve to completion of the Public Holiday period and to be paid with Deposit.
Other admin fees at cost may be applicable to Overseas Couple for lodgment of additional documents. Fees will be discussed and advised beforehand.
Travel & accommodation (if ceremony is outside of Sydney metro area or if distance is considerable). To be paid / booked in advance prior to the ceremony.
Cancellations and Refunds - There is no refund for the Deposit. For the Ceremony Fee, if the Ceremony is cancelled for any reason whatsoever up to one month prior to Ceremony date, then 50% refund applies to the Ceremony Fee only. If less than one month then no refund applies.
Acceptable methods of payment Cash, Direct EFT Deposit.
